We’re seeking a driven, high-performing Sales Manager to lead our RV sales team. This role is for a hands-on leader who sets the pace, brings fresh ideas, and consistently drives traffic and results—both in the showroom and online.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to exceed goals
  • Drive showroom and digital traffic through creative sales and social media strategies
  • Leverage social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to generate leads and promote inventory
  • Stay actively involved in the sales process, including closing deals
  • Hold the team accountable for performance, professionalism, and results
Requirements:
  • Proven sales management experience (RV/automotive preferred)
  • Experience using social media as a sales and lead-generation tool
  • Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and performance-focused mindset
Compensation:
  • Base pay plus performance-based bonus
  • Compensation discussed during interview and based on experience
